1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "ts77" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to ts77.bet, the operator of the ts77 online gaming platform, licensed under PAGCOR.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ts77 platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the ts77.bet website, its mobile-optimized interface, all game content, account management tools, and associated services.
• "Account" refers to the registered player profile created on ts77.bet that enables access to real-money gaming features.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, matched deposit amounts, free spin values, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's ts77 account pursuant to a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited by the player using GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, or other accepted Philippine payment methods.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body responsible for licensing and supervising online gaming operators in the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PHP" / "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the sole transaction currency of the ts77 platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ts77. By registering an account, logging in to the ts77 platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their current published form.

2.2 These Terms must be read alongside ts77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and ts77.

2.3 ts77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on ts77.bet. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2.4 If you access the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms. ts77 does not permit account sharing or third-party betting arrangements.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and play on ts77. This requirement is set by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. ts77 enforces strict age verification for all new registrations.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The ts77 platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended solely for players physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted.

3.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or play on ts77:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Employees, directors, officers, contractors, and immediate family members of ts77 and its affiliates;
• Persons who have been self-excluded from ts77 during the active period of their self-exclusion;
• Persons listed on PAGCOR's exclusion register or any equivalent government exclusion list;
• Persons acting as agents, nominees, or proxies for another individual for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.

3.4 ts77 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and location from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

4 Account Registration

4.1 To access real-money gaming on ts77, you must complete the registration process at ts77.bet and create a single, verified account in your own legal name.

4.2 During registration you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and a valid government-issued ID number for verification purposes.

4.3 One Account Policy. Each natural person may hold only one ts77 account. Duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited. ts77 employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method analysis to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are detected, all accounts may be suspended and balances may be voided pending investigation.

4.4 You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. Changes to your name, address, mobile number, or payment method must be submitted to ts77 support with supporting documentation.

4.5 ts77 may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without providing a reason.

4.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ts77 is required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals exceeding defined thresholds. You may be required to submit:

• A government-issued photo ID (passport, PhilSys ID, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or PRC ID);
• A selfie holding your ID;
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within 90 days);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., GCash account screenshot showing your registered name).

Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by ts77 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

5 Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ts77 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

5.2 You must not share your ts77 account credentials with any third party, permit any other person to access or use your account, or use the account of any other player.

5.3 You must notify ts77 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account, suspicious activity, or compromise of your credentials.

5.4 ts77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access that arises from your failure to secure your login credentials, subject to applicable Philippine consumer protection laws.

5.5 ts77 employs 256-bit SSL encryption and optional two-factor authentication via Philippine mobile numbers. Players are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication on their ts77 account.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

ts77 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) only via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your ts77 wallet within approximately sixty (60) seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits typically credit within one (1) business day.

ts77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from shared or unverified payment sources may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in the same name as the ts77 account. ts77 does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.

GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 Philippine Standard Time (PST) on business days are processed same-day. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. ts77 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard Philippine payment methods; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ts77 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large withdrawal requests in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements.

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering

ts77 is subject to the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and its implementing rules. All transactions on the ts77 platform are monitored for suspicious activity. ts77 is required to report covered and suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as mandated by law. Players are prohibited from using ts77 for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 ts77 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at ts77.bet.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Real Money Funds in your ts77 wallet are not subject to wagering requirements.

7.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be forfeited automatically without notice.

7.4 ts77 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where ts77 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The bonus was claimed through fraudulent means or in violation of these Terms;
• The player created multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once;
• Wagering patterns indicate bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or low-risk wagering designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent;
• The player has provided false or inaccurate information in connection with the bonus claim.

7.5 ts77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated through ts77.bet. Continued participation in a promotion after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7.6 Only one bonus may be active at a time on a ts77 account unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

8 Game Rules & Fairness

8.1 All games available on ts77 are supplied by certified third-party game providers whose random number generators (RNGs) and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are independently audited and certified for fairness in compliance with PAGCOR requirements.

8.2 The rules governing each individual game — including slot games, live casino tables, bingo, fishing games, Nine, and sports betting — are accessible within the game interface or on the relevant game information page. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the round may be voided and your stake returned to your ts77 wallet. ts77 is not liable for losses caused by technical failures outside its reasonable control.

8.4 ts77's game outcome logs constitute the authoritative record of all game results. In the event of a dispute between a player's own records and the ts77 server log, the ts77 server log shall prevail.

8.5 Sports betting odds are subject to change until the wager is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed on your ts77 account, the odds are locked. ts77 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where incorrect odds were published due to manifest error.

9 Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ts77 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other players in multi-player games including live casino tables, bingo rooms, or poker formats;
• Exploiting game or software errors, glitches, or malfunctions to obtain wins that would not have been achievable under normal game operation;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or financial crime using the ts77 platform;
• Providing false identity, age, or payment information during registration or at any other point of use;
• Accessing the ts77 platform through a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ts77 customer support staff or other players.

9.2 Where ts77 identifies prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to void all wagers and winnings associated with that conduct, recover any funds that were fraudulently obtained, and permanently close the account without compensation.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on ts77.bet — including but not limited to the ts77 brand name, logo, game interfaces, website design, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ts77 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ts77 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any ts77 content.

10.3 Any unauthorized use of ts77 intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ts77's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your ts77 account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 ts77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the ts77 platform.

11.3 ts77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits ts77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer protection legislation.

12 Termination & Account Closure

12.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your ts77 account at any time by submitting a written request to ts77 support. Upon receipt and verification, ts77 will process the closure and return any remaining Real Money Funds to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to KYC verification requirements.

12.2 Closure by ts77. ts77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a stipulated timeframe;
• Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority;
• Extended account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

12.3 Upon account closure, all Bonus Funds are immediately forfeited. Real Money Funds are retained by ts77 pending investigation where the closure is due to suspected prohibited conduct, and returned to the player where the closure is voluntary or due to inactivity.

12.4 Inactivity Fees. Accounts with a positive Real Money balance that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity administration fee of ₱100, deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.

13 Responsible Gaming

13.1 ts77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. ts77 complies fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements and provides the following player protection tools free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits configurable through your ts77 account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly loss limits to cap the amount you can lose in a given period. Same cooling-off rules as deposit limits apply.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable in-session alerts notifying you of total playing time. Enabled by default on all new ts77 accounts.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary exclusion (30 days to 12 months) or permanent self-exclusion from the ts77 platform. Self-exclusion takes effect within one hour of request and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net gaming activity at intervals you choose.

13.3 ts77 may impose mandatory responsible gaming interventions, including deposit limits or temporary account restrictions, on any player whose playing patterns suggest problem gambling behavior, in line with PAGCOR's duty-of-care requirements.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Internal Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising from your use of the ts77 platform should in the first instance be submitted to ts77 customer support via live chat on ts77.bet. ts77 will acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

14.3 PAGCOR Escalation. If a dispute is not resolved through ts77's internal process to your reasonable satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels. ts77 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.

14.4 Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

15 Amendments to These Terms

15.1 ts77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page.

15.2 Where amendments are material, ts77 will provide notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or PAGCOR directive.

15.3 Continued use of the ts77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
